In addition to my practice in General Pediatrics, I accept referrals from physicians, psychologists and licensed clinical social workers practicing in the Rochester, NY area for their patients who under 21 years old with problems amenable to self-regulation therapies (hypnosis, biofeedback and relaxation therapies), including but not limited to:

headaches
• recurrent abdominal pain
• other chronic pain syndromes
• enuresis
• habit disorders
• tics and Tourette Syndrome
• coping with chronic disease (asthma, diabetes, malignancies, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy)
• performance anxiety
• procedural anxiety
• specific fears
• sleep disorders
A telephone call and referral letter are required in order to determine the appropriateness of the referral. Further medical or psychological evaluation may be required prior to the first consultation.
Consultations are usually one hour. Payment is on a fee-for-service basis only.
